Given the unfolding situation relating to Coronavirus, we wanted to let you know that our firm will continue to operate at full capacity and without disruption.
We are also reviewing the Government’s announced Stimulus measures and how that will support your business and personal situation. There has not been adequate detail released as yet regarding the implementation process, however we will update you as soon as these details come to light.
We continue to service clients across the business and continue to provide timely, quality work for your tax and accounting and to ensure no client lodgments are delayed or disrupted by the Coronavirus onset.
We have implemented a policy of ‘social distancing’ at our firm. This means the following:
If team members develop any of the identified symptoms, they are to seek immediate medical attention. They may not return to work until we have a medical certificate clearing them for work;
If they have contact with a person with confirmed COVID-19, they must immediately isolate themselves and work from home for 14 days. They will not be permitted to come back to work until they are declared medically fit and have provided a medical clearance certifying them free of COVID-19.
Team members have been asked to meet with clients by alternative means such as telephone, WebEx or Skype as far as is possible. Additionally, if clients are experiencing any symptoms, we ask that they not attend our offices and instead arrange meetings using alternative means.
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will continue to provide updates to you as appropriate. Our approach is to manage the situation in a balanced, calm and measured way, and when required act swiftly and communicate clearly.
Please let us know if our people should be aware of any requirements you have put in place for your organisation. We are keen to work closely together with a shared focus on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people in our respective organisations.
